There are some companies which may not require wearing business attire for their employees but as an job seeker, you should still wear a formal attire. Remember that you are not an employee of the company yet, you should still have to prove yourself to be part of the company, so to be on the safer side, wear a business attire instead.

Let’s say that you are worried about what to wear for a job interview, while you are having problems choosing what clothes you would mix and match in your closet. From these formal or business clothes, choose those that has darker colors. The darker the color, the more formal it looks. Then after, you can decide on the style by adding some accessories, but remember, don’t overdress and dress up comfortably.
