What is General Liability In Contractor Insurance?

Contractors general liability coverage is insurance that pays for damages the insured is legally responsible to pay,  awarded to third parties due to bodily injury and property damage, including claims for loss of use of property.  It covers the cost of defending the insured against the charges in the suit, including expenses for attorneys, investigations, and other costs.  The policy must be read in it’s entirety, with special attention to exclusions and limitations.
